Qingdao Qinrun Import & Export Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing and trading company and our business office is located in Qingdao. We are a professional manufacturer producing ductile iron pipes and fittings, cast iron pipe and fittings,grooved fittings, pvc fittings,malleable iron fittings,manhole covers, valves and other castings with some accessories, including rubber rings, bolts and nuts.

Our main materials are ductile iron, cast iron, grey iron and malleable iron. Apart from the general casting method, we also use the lost foam (EPC) method to produce. Green sand molds are made on a simple molding machine. Floor molds are made with slinger; shell cores are made in the core room. There are also wax patterns used in investment casting. After pouring, all castings are ground and cleaned in shot blast machines.

Now, our annual producing capacity for fittings is 10,000 tons and pipe is 300,000 tons. We could produce the heaviest fittings of more than 4 tons.

We have a very strict quality controlling system and we inspect each fitting's appearance, pressure and tolerance very carefully before shipment.
